4th Annual LA Beer Week (September 20 to 30, 2012)

September … What a month!!! It has been busy, busy, busy for our limo service as well as wine lovers and beer enthusiasts throughout Southern California. We kicked off the 30 days with the California Wine Month celebration and Labor Day weekend.  Of course, the MTV VMAs and Primetime Emmy Awards provide additional excitement towards the middle of the month. We will end the last 11 days of the month with the 4th Annual Los Angeles Beer week extravaganza (yes, it is almost 2 weeks long instead of just a week). The grand finale will be the LA Beer Festival at the Union Station in Los Angeles (800 N Alameda St, Los Angeles, CA 90012) on September 30th …  If you have any vacation days left for the year, you might want to take some much needed time off and enjoy the wine and beer  festivities in Southern California :)

Los Angeles Beer Week is celebrated in LA & Orange County

Los Angeles Beer Week is an annual celebration to educate consumers interested in learning more about craft and artisan beer, as well as pampers beer lovers throughout the Southern California area. Orange County & Los Angeles Breweries, bars, bottle shops and restaurants participate in LA Beer Week through specials, tastings and events. There is even a special LA Beer Week Bucket List (click image below to print) to help guide you through the breweries, super events, craft beer and special beers. Print this Beer Week Bucket List, collect a sticker for each section (4 stickers total; ask at the locations) and bring it to the LA Beer Week Festival on Sept 30th @ Union Station. You will win a bottle of the official LABW beer, Unity, from Eagle Rock Brewery. You are also entered into a drawing for free tickets to the Beer, Art, and Music (BAM) Fest in Santa Monica on Oct 6, 2012.

LA Beer Week Festival @ Union Station in Los Angeles (9/30/2012)

The climax of the 11 day beer week is the LA Beer Week Festival @ Union Station on September 30, 2012 12:00pm to 4:00pm. You can get tickets for $50 at the LA Beer Week website. Your ticket includes unlimited tastes of beer from 70+ craft and artisan breweries from throughout the world. LA Beer Week Festival proceeds will go to The Spero Foundation, the Los Angeles Brewers Guild, and the Glassell Park Recreation Center.
